Precast Concrete Steel Moulds - Parapets
This parapet mould was 7.5m long and 2.4m high. Fitted with an external end plate on one end, and an adjustable stop end on the other, allowing various stone lengths to suit customers requirments. A suspended top sloping shutter easily lifts off with a crane for the de-moulding process.
A retractable walkway saves space when not in use and when waiting for the concrete the cure.
This parapet mould has a sliding side. So when de-moulding, simply remove the top shutter, undo the tie bars & end plates and lift away. The side will then pull backwards allowing the removal of the stone alot easier.
Steel chamfered edges where necessary and sloping soffits were also made.
