At A.K Bryan we have developed a highly flexible shutter system to be used with steel casting beds.
Our steel shuttering consists of several interchangeable parts, which can combine to produce wall panels, beams and columns with various sizes and depths.
We start with a skeletal frame made to your required heights and lengths.
We then accommodate for the fascia plate to be steel plate or timber.
After that we look at the chamfer requirements, whether it be for steel or timber.
If you have a steel bed already, we can provide magnetic shutters which will hold in place, producing a flexible system to manufacture various dimensions of wall panels, doors and windows.

Plastic Chamfer Range
We stock a range of plastic chamfer to use with steel or plywood formwork. Plastic is cheaper to buy and replace than using steel.
Our chamfer simply fixes onto the steel or timber formwork shutter to give you a clean and precise edge as required.
